Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we hope that you will let us know and work with us to resolve the situation. You can initiate a return request within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in the original condition and packaging. In some cases you may be required to pay a restocking fee.

To request a refund please contact Please allow 2 business days for your request to be reviewed. Once we have reviewed your return request, one of our customer service representatives will contact you by email or phone with further instructions. If your request is approved you can drop off your item to our showroom or ship the item back to us. Please be aware that the cost of return shipping is your responsibility. If you are eligible for a return, we will issue a full refund within 2 weeks of receiving your returned product—minus any restocking fees.

We are not able to accept returns on products that are clearly marked as final sale, products that have been assembled, and products not in their original condition and/or without their original packaging. Once your item has been installed it cannot be returned. If your item arrives damaged or with parts missing, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order. Please be aware that we may ask you to send photos of the damage to your order.
